Tuesdays celebration was a huge milestone for our 5th Grade Wildcats at Wayne STEM Academy!

The smiles, laughter, and hugs said it all โ€” this was a moment they were just as proud of as we were!

Our 5th Grade scholars have helped build the foundation of what it means to be a Wayne STEM Wildcat โ€” leading by example, showing kindness, working hard, and setting the standard for those who follow behind them.

As they transition into middle school, we are excited to watch them continue to grow, lead, and achieve amazing things. The future is bright for this incredible group of students, and we are so proud of all they have accomplished.

Congratulations to our 5th Grade Class! Once a Wildcat, always a Wildcat. ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’› Wayne STEM Academy

Our Wildcats put their STEM skills to the test during our recent In-School STEM Fair at Wayne STEM Academy. Students proudly showcased projects focused on plants, propagation, and soil science while sharing their creativity, research, and discoveries with classmates and staff.

Learning about our environment is an important part of the STEM curriculum because STEM is more than mechanics and engineering. Science includes the study of living things, ecosystems, agriculture, and the environment around us. By exploring plants and soil, scholars learn about biology, observation, problem-solving, and how science impacts our everyday lives.

We are so proud of our scholars for their hard work, confidence, and excitement for learning through STEM. Great job, Wildcats!

- Academics
Our Wildcats had a โ€œBUG-tasticโ€ time at the recent STEM Fair at Wayne STEM Academy. Scholars explored the fascinating world of caterpillars, worms, and butterflies while learning about life cycles and the important role these creatures play in our environment. From pollination to improving soil health, even the smallest creatures make a BIG impact on our ecosystem. ๐Ÿ›๐Ÿฆ‹๐Ÿชฑ

Fun Fact: Butterflies taste with their feet, and earthworms help keep soil healthy by adding nutrients and creating tunnels for air and water.

We are proud of our scholars for their curiosity, creativity, and excitement for STEM learning. The future is growing right here at Wayne STEM.

- Transportation
This week, we proudly celebrate National Transportation Week and the incredible bus drivers who keep our Wildcats safe every single day.

Before most of us even hit the snooze button, our drivers are already up and preparing to greet students with care, patience, and dedication. Rain or shine, they work tirelessly to ensure our children arrive safely to and from school each day.

Their commitment goes far beyond transportation โ€” they are trusted faces, caring hearts, and valued members of the Wildcat family. We are grateful for the love, safety, and support they provide to our scholars daily.

Thank you to our amazing bus drivers for all you do for WSA. We appreciate you today and every day! ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ–ค
