🎉 We did it — one month down, and an exciting month it's been!

Our first weeks back came with its fair share of challenges, and we're so proud of how our staff, students, and families pulled together to work through them. Thanks to that teamwork, we've had an incredible first month of school.

We also want to take a moment to publicly thank our School Board for the thoughtful letter they sent our team during that first week. Their encouragement and support meant so much to us as we got the year off the ground, and it's a reminder of how lucky we are to have a Board that shows up for its schools.

Here's to a fantastic year ahead! 🍎📚

Community | First Day of School — Off to a Great Start

Day One: In the books! 🎉

Carline ran smooth. Breakfast was served with a smile. Lunch and recess were full of laughter. And in every classroom, our scholars dove headfirst into learning — curious, focused, and ready to grow.

None of that happens by accident. It takes a village of teachers, staff, and families all pulling in the same direction — and today, WSA Wildcats, you showed up for each other.

Here's to a school year full of connection, contribution, and capability. We're just getting started!

Community | Open House — The Wait Was Worth It

We did it. 🎉

After months of planning, painting, building, and waiting — the doors finally opened, and it was everything we hoped for.

Fresh paint on every wall. New desks lined up and ready. Shelves stocked full of books just waiting to be opened. And halls filled with something even better than new furniture: THE GIANT SMILES, curious Scholars, and a community that showed up ready to belong.
This moment — this exact one — is what all the hard work was for.

To every family who waited patiently for this day, and every staff member who poured everything into getting these spaces ready: thank you. You made this happen. We couldn't be more proud to welcome you home Wildcats. 🐾

The new school year is almost here, and we are so ready to see you on the first day of school ,Tuesday September 8, 2026.
