Magnolia Place is the residential unit where our students live if they are not a Wayne County resident. RHA Health Services manages the residential unit and they work together with WorkSource East to make sure student needs are met on a daily basis.

We also have some cute, furry friends in the pet care class waiting their turn to be bathed and groomed. We have customers in the community who bring their dogs in for grooming and we also volunteer our services to the Wayne county animal shelter. Students in the class are able to see a variety of animals come in and it’s a great learning opportunity.

Our vocational enrichment class is offered to all students in all 12 training areas. It is a chance for them to enhance their academic skills and use those skills in their respective training areas. We encourage them to try their best in this class because even basic math and reading skills contribute to their overall success in their chosen industry.

We are so proud of each and every one of our WSE graduates. Walking across the stage gives their friends, family and staff a chance to recognize them and cheer them on for a job well done while in training! As they leave us and go out into the workforce we continue to check in with them and encourage them in any way we can.
