🎉 Screen-Free Week Starts TODAY! 🎉
Kyffin families — we’re officially kicking off Screen-Free Week!
From March 9–13, we’re inviting families to pause recreational screen time and make more room for what matters most: conversation, creativity, outdoor play, reading and real connection.
This isn’t about being perfect or eliminating technology forever. It’s about awareness, balance and giving our kids’ growing brains a healthy reset.
Research shows elementary-aged children are spending hours a day on recreational screens. Even one intentional week can help reset routines, improve sleep, spark imagination and strengthen family time.

Kyffin families — Screen-Free Week (March 9–13) is almost here!
This week is all about pausing recreational screen time and creating more space for reading, outdoor play, creativity and real connection. It’s not about eliminating technology forever — it’s about helping kids (and adults!) reset habits and find a healthy balance.
