Golden View Classical Academy

On Friday, Golden View ​celebrated the end of a​nother great school year with our version of Field Day — Campus Martius! The sun came out just in time to make for a wet, wild, and fun-filled day.

Congratulations to a few Golden View students who were recognized for achieving perfect attendance this school year! These students received a special ribbon along with a delicious Crumbl Cookie treat as a reward for their accomplishment. Great job!

On these chilly May days, nothing warms the heart more than seeing Golden View 2nd graders spending time reading with our Kindergarteners.​ Especially because many students were paired with their own siblings!

Golden View Junior Grace Lessig made headlines this past weekend as she helped lead her team to an incredible third consecutive Lacrosse State Championship! Grace scored a total of three goals during the championship game, including the dramatic game-winning goal with just four seconds remaining on the clock. Congratulations to Grace and her Evergreen teammates!

This week, Golden View had so much to celebrate and be thankful for! On Wednesday, we honored our law enforcement partners with a special breakfast and classroom visits, giving students and staff an opportunity to connect and show appreciation for their service and support. Then on Friday, we celebrated our incredible volunteers, whose time, dedication, and generosity are essential to the success of our school community. Thank you to everyone who helps make Golden View such a special place!

Last weekend, Golden View students enjoyed their Prom at the beautiful Denver Zoo. The evening was filled with dancing, laughter, and unforgettable memories in a truly unique setting!

Congratulations to 4 Golden View alumni who graduated from Hillsdale College with honors this past weekend: Law Schoeman, Raisa Wright, Anna Heldt, and Veronica Fogo!

Last Friday Golden View 2nd graders celebrated a special science milestone by releasing the butterflies they raised from caterpillars! Over the past few weeks, students carefully observed each stage of the life cycle and watched in amazement as tiny caterpillars transformed into beautiful butterflies.

Our ​Kindergarten class had a wonderful time celebrating their anchor book "Tall Tales"​ on Friday! The day was filled with students proudly sharing their own tall tale recitations, ​listening to a story narrated by Pecos Bill (AKA Mr. Calvino), enjoying a fun Johnny Appleseed–themed lunch, and getting creative with apple paintings.

And while it may not be part of the curriculum at Golden View, the highlight for many was dancing along to the classic “Chicken Dance” song—w​hat a joyful day !

Thank you to everyone who attended our 2026 Garden Party Caritas Aurea. The weather, the flowers, the fastenators, and the seersucker suits were epic!
