We have open Supervisor and Educator positions with our ENOR Environmental Discovery Day Camp—part of CSU Extension’s Jefferson County 4‑H program.
ENOR has been inspiring outdoor discovery for 52 years, and we’re looking for dynamic, enthusiastic team members to help continue that tradition!

🌿 Camp Educators
We’re looking for energetic, supportive leaders who love working with kids outdoors. Educators help guide up to 10 campers each day through hiking, hands‑on learning activities, and exploration across local public lands. Responsibilities include:
• Ensuring camper safety and positive experiences
• Preparing daily activities based on camp curriculum
• Managing camper check‑in/out
• Organizing and caring for equipment
🌄 Camp Supervisors
Supervisors provide program leadership and support for our seasonal staff. Responsibilities include:
• Implementing environmental education programs and daily operations
• Scheduling activities and evaluating weekly program needs
• Overseeing transportation logistics and safety
• Supervising and supporting seasonal educators
• Communicating with families and field site partners

Middle school is a time of growth, independence, and discovery — and ENOR Environmental Discovery Camp is designed with that in mind. Campers challenge themselves on meaningful hikes, build teamwork skills, and develop a deeper connection to the natural world and to each other.
