This year, our challenge is to design and build a telerobotic or autonomous excavator, called a Lunabot, that could be used on the moon.

The Mines Moon Diggers are a Senior Design team formed to represent Colorado School of Mines in NASA’s Third Annual Lunabotics Mining competition being held on May 21-26, 2012, at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
