It’s funny — but it really makes you think.

You’re not in a battle of wills.
You’re in a conversation with someone whose brain is still under construction — who can’t yet see through your lens, or think with your logic, or self-correct the way you can.

And yet, here you are… arguing like you’re equals. Of course it feels maddening.

Because when you expect emotional maturity from someone who’s still developing it, you’re set up to feel defeated.

But the moment that lands — the moment you truly get that they’re not giving you a hard time, they’re having one — everything softens.

It doesn’t make it easier.
But it sure does make it make sense.

Because really — how serious can it be, if they’re still trying to figure out left from right? ❤️
