Staff training fun at CGL! Counselors took part in a brand new evening program, created by Gabe and Mattie.

The chatter around camp is how excited everyone is for our first campers to arrive on Monday, and for a summer of friendships and memories! 💛💙❤️

The first night of 2026 staff training kicked off with a classic CGL campfire! We sang favorites like Sloopy, Lean on Me, and The Loon and the Medicrin, along with some new songs and skits.🔥

With just one week until our first campers arrive, the excitement around camp is building! Staff are settling in, getting to know one another, and learning lots as they prepare for an amazing summer ahead. The energy is high, and we can’t wait to welcome campers back to CGL!✨

The CGL lifeguard team of 2026! A big thank you to our instructors Sam and Preston for a great class last week, and to all our staff for working hard throughout the training. We look forward to seeing you all on our lake this summer! 🛶⛵️🏊‍♀️

The dining hall is up, the cabins are cleaned, and program spaces are getting set. It’s starting to feel like summer camp up here!

We are so excited to introduce 3 new staff and 1 returning staff! Please welcome Chloe, Meghan, and Ryan to CGL this summer and we are excited to welcome back Sol for her 3rd summer!

CGL alumni… can anyone guess where our 3 new bathrooms are? We are excited to share them with our 2026 campers and staff, and very grateful to our Facility Director Jay for building them! 🚽🚾

Hint: the bathrooms are located by what Director Tommy refers to as the ‘most popular activity at camp’ 🤔

We are counting down the days for our wonderful staff to join us at Camp Granite Lake (it’s 12 ☺️)! We are ramping up for another wonderful summer and look forward to Savaad, Emerson, and Monica joining us for their first summer at CHL, and can’t wait to see Alejo back for his second! ☀️

We’re excited for camp to once again be full of people sharing stunning sunsets and evening volleyball games together! 🌅🏐

Session 1 families: our “Countdown to Camp” email series has began last week! The first email includes your camper’s drop-off time and important form deadlines, so be sure to check your inbox. 📧

Families in later sessions will begin receiving the series about 6 weeks before their session start date. 📆

• Mail, care package & e-letter details
• How to access camp photos
• Tips to help your camper prepare for an amazing summer at camp ☀️
