CONGRATULATIONS to ASHLEY on your 15-YEAR ANNIVERSARY!
Fifteen years ago, when Ashley applied for a Program Technician position, I never expected that almost to the day, just two years later, she would become a Planning Manager.
Not only did Ashley excel as a Planning Manager for nearly 12½ years, but she never stopped striving to learn everything she could about the many positions and responsibilities at WorkAbilities. She made it her mission to learn, volunteer her talents, and be available whenever someone needed help.
Ashley quickly became the go-to person for just about everything, from creating innovative signs and taking agency photos to organizing photo archives and contributing to the page. Her willingness to continuously learn and grow has served her well in her current role as Program Director, a position she has held for the past eight months.
Ashley hit the ground running, successfully navigating a DHS visit in January after a ten-year hiatus, while simultaneously training and mentoring two new Planning Managers in January and February, positions that rarely become available. She also made what could have been a difficult transition from peer to supervisor look effortless, leading a team of nine managers, some of whom may be just a little set in their ways 😊.
Ashley's positive attitude, infectious laugh, and thoughtful approach to every situation make her a pleasure to work with. Her shared vision, love of all things Excel, and willingness to debate ideas until we find the most efficient and streamlined solution possible make her an invaluable member of the administrative team.
Congratulations, Ashley, on 15 years of dedication, growth, and excellence. Thank you for all you have contributed to WorkAbilities, and here's to many more successes ahead!
