We will be having volleyball practice tomorrow, August 10th, from 4:45–5:45 PM at the Golden Valley Fire District Training Center.

GVCA girls: We will begin warming up at the school before leaving so that we are ready to get right into practice as soon as we arrive at the training facility.

Welcome back, Roadrunners! 💚

The classrooms are full, the playground is busy, and the halls of Golden Valley Christian Academy are once again filled with learning, laughter, and familiar smiles.

We are grateful for every student, family, teacher, and staff member God has brought into our GVCA community. We look forward to another wonderful season of growing academically, building strong relationships, and becoming more like Christ.

As everyone settles into the first week of school, volleyball practice for tomorrow has been canceled.

We’ve been hard at work preparing for an incredible school year! From refreshed classrooms to our beautiful playground and campus, everything is coming together for an amazing first day.

Golden Valley Christian Academy is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and faith-filled Paraeducator to join our growing team!

The ideal candidate will have a servant’s heart, work well as part of a team, and be committed to supporting students academically, socially, and spiritually. Responsibilities may include assisting teachers in the classroom, providing individual or small-group support, helping students remain engaged, and assisting with daily classroom activities.

We are looking for someone who is:

✅ Passionate about Christ and Christian education
✅ Patient, dependable, and encouraging
✅ Comfortable working closely with children
✅ Able to follow teacher direction and classroom plans
✅ Committed to maintaining a positive, Christ-centered environment
✅ Ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students

Hello, GVCA Parents!

**Uniform Logo Update**

Beginning tomorrow, Monday, July 27, through Friday, July 31, we will have GVCA uniform logos available in the front office, along with a shirt press. We can press the logos onto your shirts here to make the process as easy as possible.

We have also received several questions about the cost of the logos. We have decided to provide the logo patches **free of charge** (Up to 4 per student). There will be no cost for the patches or for pressing them onto your shirts.

We will also have uniform shirts available for purchase throughout next week and during Back-to-School Night. All uniform purchases are ESA eligible and may be paid for using your ESA account, provided you have funds remaining.

Uniform shirts are **$10 each**, or you may **buy three and receive a fourth shirt free**.

We look forward to seeing everyone soon!

*** CHRISTIAN SHIRTS are allowed to be worn in leu of the uniform shirt and does not require the logo!***
