Training at our parter site Mall of America has provided Gateways Trainee Shaina with a valuable opportunity to build workplace skills and gain hands-on retail experience. Each week, Shaina trains at the Nickelodeon Store, where she takes inventory, restocks merchandise, and organizes products by size. Through her dedication and hard work, she continues to grow her confidence and strengthen skills that will support her future goals.
