As the year draws inward and the Holy Nights approach, we want to share a short reflection called “The Holy Nights: A Waldorf-Inspired Practice for Grown-Ups”—an offering meant to support families in slowing down, listening more deeply, and creating small moments of warmth and meaning during this sacred threshold of the year.
The Holy Nights invite us into stillness rather than striving. They remind us that children do not need more doing—what they need most is presence, rhythm, and a feeling of being held by the adults around them. This is the heart of the work we are doing together at Lotus & Ivy.
