Alas, when I was 15, I decided to lose weight because I was a teenager and it was time for change - I wanted to be noticed! Well you lose weight by not eating, right? I spent the rest of my teenage years struggling eatin

g disorders. It helped me clean up my health, and off I went to college to become a Research Psychologist and Interface Designer. Until I couldn’t. After many years plugging away at this cool thing called a computer, my hands started going numb, and I started having debilitating headaches. I was also tired and cold all the time. Doctors didn’t seem know know the fix. I dropped out of work for a while as the thought of long hours in front of a PC were unbearable. In this journey I happened upon a sports chiropractor, and joined his gym. There I discovered the world of functional fitness and it has slowly given me my life back. Amazed by this change, I decided I wanted to help other people too. I also found out I had an autoimmune disorder, so I learned a lot about food sensitivities and elimination diets. We moved back home to Gold Canyon from the midwest... in 2019. ,So after COVID had passed, I went back to school to realize my dream. I graduated from NPTI as a Personal Trainier and Stretch Therapist. I have been working as an Exercise Specialist at a physical therapists office as well as picking up certifications from Precision Nutrition, Functional Range Conditioning and Silver Sneakers to hone my skills and now I am ready to help you!

Mother's Day is right around the corner, and we've got the perfect way to celebrate — bring your mom, your daughter, Your wife, your kids, your best friend who might as well be family, or anyone who deserves a fun night out. Join Coach Kristin at Ginza Sushi Fusion in Gold Canyon for a charming sunset painting of two saguaro cacti standing side by side on a hill — because some bonds are just like that. Tall, strong, a little prickly sometimes, and absolutely beautiful against the Arizona sky. 🌅 All supplies included, no experience needed, and this one is great for all ages.
