ASCEND will be hosting this outdoor move night AND we will have FREE Sunset Family Pizza available, thanks to the Gold Beach Community Center! The movie starts at 9pm, we'll be there at 8:30pm. Join us to celebrate another fabulous summer with ASCEND!

Note: Everyone is welcome to this event, whether you participated in ASCEND or not.

Schedule for 7/20-7/22:
Monday: 9am-12pm- optional 12-3 at Curry Public Library (with lunch)
Tuesday: SURF! Drop off and pick up at the mouth of the Rogue River. 9-12pm. Wear appropriate clothing for wetsuit and bring water and a towel. Questions? Call 541-373-3846
Wednesday: 9am-12pm THIS IS THE FINAL DAY AT RC FOR SUMMER ASCEND.

ASCEND will no be able to transport kids to Port Orford for Junior Guards. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you’re child is signed up, we recommend commenting here if you’d like to coordinate rides with other participating families.

ASCEND FAMILIES: We are getting things sorted for kayaking the Chetco on Tuesday 14th. Tentative time will be 8:30-4, drop off and pick-up from RC field. Please text 541-373-3846 with your child’s name and if they have their own boat and life jacket, and if they will be joining. If plans have changed and they can’t join, let us know; transportation is tight. Plans for transportation and equipment will be finalized by Sunday. Thank you!

Monday: 9-12 at Riley Creek, optional walk to Curry Public Library for Community Lunch and Games.
☀️☀️Tuesday: SWIM DAY HUNTER CREEK. 9am Meet in soccer field parking lot. ☎️Please RSVP with names to 541-373-3846 so we can sort transportation. We will return at 1pm for pick up. Lunch will be provided (or children can bring their own). Please bring towel, water bottle and swimsuits. Curry Aquatic Safety will be joining us.
Wednesday: 9-12 at Riley Creek.
