I'll be back on board ASAP!! I am so terribly sorry to leave yall hanging like this! We were on such a great roll! But, this is also a good reminder that your teacher is still a human being with a chronic illness diagnosis list a mile long, still learning how to run a brand new business, still learning how to be a content creator and effectively convey my knowledge to yall, still getting used to be in the spotlight like this too...

Did yall know that on FB we grew from 100 to 10000 in less than 2 weeks? These reels are getting out to hundreds of thousands of people and Im sooo excited and grateful, but its also a big change that kinda basically happened overnight and Im scrambling to keep up!! I want to do right by yall so badly... this is my life's work and my absolute passion... and I care SO DEEPLY about every single thing we do here, big or small.

I thank yall so much for your contributions so far in helping me dial in my strategies and Im always open to suggestions. I want this to be an amazing life changing experience for you and that starts with me listening to my people to find out what yall need. Im all ears! Be back soon!

Much love! 💚🐸

Hey y'all! Well, I'm gonna be completely and totally honest with you. I need a little break!! I have been going 90 to nothing trying to get all of this done and working all day long, every single day trying to get every comment answered and new social media out and get the Fascia4Sleep free series out on YouTube and the Mini program finished etc etc... and I've just been going like crazy and I need a little bit of a break today.

I also just wanted to let y'all know how much I love you and I appreciate you and I hope that you are finding good value out these posts that I have done so far. 💚🐸

And I wanted to leave you with this little nugget of me from the fifth grade because laughter is indeed some of the best medicine... for your mind, body, fascia, and soul. ✨️

Happy Sunday, y'all, and Happy Father's Day to all the fathers out there!! ❤️ 💙 💜

Could this spot in your foot be what's keeping you awake at night? 🥱

Your inner arch is the very bottom of your Sleep Line. 😴 🚂

Most people have never thought about their feet in relation to their sleep. But the Deep Front Line, the fascial track that connects directly into your autonomic nervous system, starts right here. Under your foot. In your arch. 🦶

When this fascia is compressed, it doesn't stay in your foot. It pulls on everything above it. All the way up through your inner leg, your hip, your diaphragm, your throat, your jaw, your skull. One continuous line of tension that your autonomic nervous system is riding. 🌐

That's the part of your system running your breathing, your heart rate, your stress response, and your sleep. 💤

Place a lacrosse ball (or anything else firm that works for you) under the inner arch of your foot, aiming more for the inner part of the arch on the big toe side. Push down slowly and let the ball sink deep into your arch… and hold. I’ve found that holding for at least 100 seconds (or longer without heat) gives the fascia time to shift. 🏐

Keep in mind we aren’t quickly rolling the ball around, but rather holding in one single place until the deep fascia releases, not just the surface. It will likely be sore. Use that information to guide you to the places that need to be released.

More is not better. If you can't take a nice easy belly breath and hum, you're going too hard. ⚠️

🎶 Hum while you do it. Vibration travels the entire length of your Sleep Line, and your whole body of fascia for that matter.

♾️🌈 If you're Autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD... your feet have probably been braced, curled, and compressed your whole life. Shoved into shoes that don’t let your feet expand. Sensory issues with textures, temperatures, and surfaces. Your fascia never forgets.

Your fascia doesn't release under brute force. 💪 It releases under the right conditions.

Heat. Pressure. Movement. Vibration. Time.

These five elements together create the environment the fascia needs to actually shift... without triggering a truckload of inflammation or sending your system into defense mode.

This is physics, not some wellness trend. Fascia has a property called thixotropy... it's a gel, and gel by nature can be thicker or more fluid depending on the conditions. These five elements help move it toward that more fluid state. 💧

You don't have to use all five every single time... but having more of them working together can make a real difference in how well the tissue responds.

♾️🌈 For Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD bodies already running at capacity, aggressive approaches like foam rolling, scraping, or brutal pressure can make everything worse. Our systems don't usually respond well to being bullied into safety.

🔥🧦 The Hot Sock Method™ uses all five of these elements in one protocol... gentle, sustained, and built for bodies that process sensation differently.

If you've tried fascia work before and it didn't work, didn’t stay, or made things worse, this might be worth exploring. 😁

Your fascia is re-thickening between sessions… and most people have no idea this is happening. 👀

The fascia you just released? It's a gel, and it’s already going back to that thickened, sticky state unless you keep it moving. 🤸‍♀️

That's why my FlowMotion™ or other types of movement between sessions can be what makes the difference... it's what keeps the work working for a lot of bodies.💃

🎶 Even just some consistent humming can help keep the fascia in its most functional fluid state, but never quite does the trick like good ol’ fashioned movement.

Even if you’re disabled, for a whole lot of us, there are workarounds for getting movement in that takes gravity out of the equation. I’ve spent a lot of time making snow angels and all sorts in the bed trying to keep my fascia happy! ❄️ 😇 🛌

Stagnant bodies = stagnant fascia. And stagnant fascia can keep you stuck in the same pain, stiffness, and sh*tty sleep you've been trying to escape. 🥱

If your fascia release work has stopped working in the past, this might be worth exploring to see if you get longer lasting results with movement between sessions.

We've been taught to fear pain... avoid it... medicate it away.

But what if pain is actually just information? 🤔

What if it's just your body showing you exactly where the fascia is stuck and needs to be released? 👀

You've had the map the whole time!! 🗺

🔥🧦 The Hot Sock Method just teaches you how to read it!!!

The temporal fascia sits right above the tragus… that flappy piece of cartilage at the front of your ear. And it connects into your TMJ, your cranial dome, and your entire system.

When that tissue is loaded, your jaw feels it. Your cranial system feels it. And at night when everything is supposed to settle, your autonomic nervous system feels it too. That's the part of your nervous system that allows you to drop into true restorative rest… where the real healing happens. 😴

♾️🌈 If you're Autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD... your temples have likely been compressed since childhood. Clenching. Bracing. Holding.

And our fascia never forgets!

⬆️👂Find the tragus, go right in front of it, and push directly up. Hold that pressure into the temporal fascia. Then open your mouth wide and let the movement do its work. You're creating a state change in tissue that has probably never been touched intentionally in your life.

It will likely be crunchy. It will likely be sore. Use that information to guide you toward the adhesions. More is not better. If you can't take a nice, easy belly breath or hum, you're going too hard, bud. Ease up.

MMM while you do it. Vibration travels through your whole fascial system and it LOVES it!! 🎶

Be extra careful opening your mouth too wide if you're prone to TMJ subluxations. For me, the more I work on my fascia, the more stable my joints have gotten. My jaw never even pops, much less pops out of place anymore, and it opens perfectly straight now. 😁

This spot under your cheekbone is where your clench system, your sinuses, and your Sleep Line all converge. 💤

♾️🌈 And if you're Autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD, this fascia has probably been compressed since childhood. Clenching. Bracing. Holding tension you didn't even know you were carrying.

When this fascia is restricted, your sinuses can't drain properly. Your jaw can't release fully. Your airway gets compressed. And your system reads all of that as "not safe." ⚠️📢

Here's what I do: I place my fingers on my cheekbones, just below my eyes. Then I pull the skin down and hook up under the cheekbone where I push up into that arch. And hold. Then I slowly turn my head from one side to the other while maintaining that pressure. And hold.

It'll likely be tender. That's your body showing you exactly where the restriction has been hiding. If you can't hum or take an easy belly breath, ease up a bit.

🎶 Hum while you work. The vibration travels through your entire system... and it loves it.

👃 When this fascia releases, your sinuses get more room to drain.
👄 Your jaw gets more room to let go.
🫁 Your airway has a structurally better opportunity at staying open.
😴 And your whole system has a much better chance at deeper, restorative sleep where your body heals itself.

You're creating space for tissue that's probably never been touched intentionally in your entire life.

Your sleep problem isn't in your head. It's in your fascia. 😉

PS I did NOT realize I looked like THAT when I did this… until now! 👀 😳 🤣

If you've been squinting, scanning, and furrowing all day, that load doesn't disappear when you lie down. 🤨

The tissue at your brow connects directly into your cranial fascial system. And your cranial fascial system hooks into your Deep Frontal Line. And your DFL is intimately connected to your autonomic nervous system. That's the part of your system running your breathing, your heart rate, your stress response, and your sleep. 💤

As Autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD humans, we’ve spent a lifetime squinting against lights that were too bright, furrowing trying to make ourselves understood in a world that didn’t make any dang sense, and scanning every situation for danger. ⚠️

And our Sleep Line still carries that load at 3am… fascia ALWAYS keeps the receipt. 🧾

This is what I do: Make my fingers into a pincer. 🤏 Then I put direct sustained pressure into the upper middle part of the eye sockets on both sides. I push up and in along the inside of the brow bone and hold. I like to slowly explore around a bit, even going deeper, but if you feel a sharp electric zing, you've found the supraorbital nerve. Back off slightly and reposition. Experiment with nodding or turning your head to expand the release.

Bonus: MMM while you do it. Fascia releases quicker with vibration!!! 🎶

This will likely be sore AF. 👀 Use that information to guide you to where the adhesions are. However, more is not better. If you can't take a nice easy belly breath and hum, you're going too hard.

♾️🌈 If you're Autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD... your brow has been doing overtime your entire life. This one's for you.

Inflammatory mediators flood the ground substance of fascia and make it sticky. Most people are chronically dehydrated on top of that. Double whammy. 🚰

Sticky, dehydrated fascia can't slide. It can't glide. And when your Sleep Line is stuck, your autonomic nervous system is affected. And your autonomic nervous system is what determines whether you actually sleep. 🥱

Grounding transfers electrons from the earth directly into your body, neutralizing free radicals and reducing systemic oxidative stress... which gives your fascia a fighting chance at staying in the fluid state it needs to actually support recovery overnight. 🌏

No product. No protocol. No price tag. Just grass and bare feet. 👣

If you're Autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD, your inflammatory load is often higher to begin with. Connective tissue differences, a system that runs hotter, a lifetime of chronic stress. This isn't a wellness trend. It's maintenance.

Nature is the intervention. 🌲🌞
