Today is World Mental Health Day. 💚

Behind the accomplishments, responsibilities, and busy schedules, we all need space to pause and support, for the challenges we face.

The Gloucester Institute encourages our students, alumni, and community to make mental well-being a priority. Reach out to someone you trust, seek professional support when you need it, and make time to check in on others.
A simple “How are you really doing?” can open a meaningful conversation. If you’re together in person, look them in the eyes. Over the phone, allow a quiet pause so they have time to respond. Listen with care, and follow up.
Take the time to give back to each other through your presence, attention, and kindness. You may be surprised by what you receive in return.

🎉 Join us in wishing Roz a very Happy Birthday! 🎂💚

Many of you have come to know Roz as our Guest Experience Coordinator, and she is responsible for so many of the thoughtful details that make a stay at Holly Knoll warm, welcoming, and memorable. Her care, dedication, and attention to detail make a real difference, and we are so thankful to have her as part of the Gloucester Institute family.

Today is especially meaningful because we’re also celebrating Roz’s two-year anniversary with The Gloucester Institute! 🥳 It’s hard to believe two years have already gone by—it truly feels like just yesterday she joined the team.

Roz, thank you for all that you do and for the spirit you bring to Holly Knoll and TGI. We’re grateful for you and look forward to many more years of working, growing, and celebrating together. 💚
