As we wrap up another incredible Glidden Gators swim season, we want to take a moment to recognize the people and organizations who helped make a lasting impact on our program.
A sincere thank you to the Kruger Grant for providing the funding that made our new Dolphin timing system possible. This investment has elevated our home meets and created a better experience for our swimmers, coaches, volunteers, and spectators for years to come.
Weโd also like to thank Angie Freml and Carl Friedmann for their assistance in securing the grant funding and helping bring this project to life.
A very special shoutout goes to Carl Friedmann for the countless hours he dedicated beyond the grant itself. Carl took the time to learn the Dolphin timing system, set it up for our team, install the large monitor on the pool shed so everyone could see swimmersโ times and scores in real time, and ensure everything was ready for a successful season. Your commitment, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond made a tremendous difference.
Because of the generosity of the Kruger Grant and the dedication of volunteers like Angie and Carl, our Glidden Gators program continues to grow and improve each year. We are incredibly grateful for your investment in our swimmers and our community.
