Last Thursday, I taught my final class at Yodega. It was time. While there’s sadness in this, I leave with integrity, self-respect, and a clear sense of my worth.

I’ve made lifelong friends in the Yodega community and am deeply grateful for all the love and support. Please know this decision wasn’t made lightly.

I have some outdoor events lined up for summer. Might be adding a virtual class or two weekly as well. Would love to see you! Website and socials will be updated soon.

Don’t be stranger. All love! Grow and glow!

The only thing that is constant is change. We see it all around us. More than ever in Spring. Seeds sprout. The trees sneeze and pop leaves. The light feels more powerful and bright. Life is poppin’! We too are NATURE. Every atom energized to GROW, to change. Our physical bodies are undergoing change every second with cells regenerating, blood flowing, bone wearing down and being stimulated to build up again, breath moving in and out, over and over and over. So too our minds! Sit and watch and you’ll see it.

“Tidy Up.” So I did! I live my life according to the random card I pull daily from “Oblique Strategies”. A whimsical deck of cards created by Brian Eno and Peter Schmidt. The cards also told me to “Look at the order in which you do things” and “Remove specifics and convert to ambiguities”. I surrender to the cards and do what I’m told. Life is so easy. Thanks Tyler!! It’s the gift that keeps on giving.

Of course my Saturday morning Yodega classes will have to be about “shedding” and or “surrendering”. Proly go deep. Layers. What is a layer. Does a layer know it’s a layer? Can a layer surrender? How do we know it’s shed? How do layers feel about other layers? Are there layer alliances? Deep thoughts. We’ll move a bunch and breathe it out too. Would love to see you!
