The daisies bloom so simply.

No performance.
No striving.
No need to prove their beauty.

Just fully themselves.

There is something deeply spiritual about that.

The Sacred Feminine reminds us that life becomes lighter when we stop trying to earn our worth and begin honoring our true nature instead.

Maybe your soul has been asking for less pressure…
and more presence.

That remembering is at the heart of my book The Next Step. 🌼 Find it on Amazon or join me inside SOULutions App to be more yourself

Tomorrow night, the lunar eclipse gives us a chance to do something simple and powerful:
𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘂𝘀… 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱.

Lion’s Gate opened something.
The solar eclipse asked us to surrender.
And then life happened.

Rhythms changed.
Old patterns resurfaced.
Responsibilities shifted.
Emotions moved.
Some things became clearer.
Some things got messier before they made sense.

None of that means you’re off track.

It may simply mean there is more here to observe.

Before you release anything, ask:
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗺𝗲?
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗜 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴?
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴?
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘄?

And then go one layer deeper.

Sometimes what we’re holding onto isn’t the old life itself.

It’s the life we thought we would have by now.

The relationship.
The career.
The income.
The family structure.
The healing timeline.
The version of ourselves we assumed we’d already be.

That attachment can carry just as much emotional weight as the thing we’re trying to let go of.

So tomorrow night, let the eclipse become an invitation to illuminate what is still lingering:

emotional residue
grief not fully felt
resentment
disappointment
guilt
shame
old loyalties
attachment to an outcome
attachment to an identity
attachment to a timeline

And then…

Open your hands.
Soften your shoulders.
Breathe.
Feel the wave without letting it swallow you.

You do not have to fight what is ready to move.

You can release it.

Realign.

Return.

I created a 5-minute practice inside the SOULutions App for exactly this moment:

𝗘𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗽𝘀𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 & 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻

It helps you clear what’s ready to move on, return to your inner compass, and choose one simple next step that matches who you’re becoming.

Tomorrow night, step outside if you can. Put in your earbuds. Let the Moon remind you to pause.

**Peak is around 10:12 PM MT.**

5 min is enough.

Practice inside the SOULutions App.

This morning I tried to meditate… and got irritated. 😏

The meditation I chose was soft, airy, and trying very hard to be spiritual — but it was too vague for what I actually needed.

Because life has been full.

Lion’s Gate.
The solar eclipse.
Volleyball coaching.
School starting.
Winning our preseason tournament.
Regular work getting pushed aside.
People stepping in.
People stepping out.

And if I’m honest, even when I’ve been handling a lot of it pretty well, there’s almost always a little shadow still lurking around the corner.

Something I haven’t fully looked at.
Something I’m avoiding.
Something asking for a little more honesty.

So instead of trying to float above what I was feeling, I opened my own app (SOULutions) and listened to the Eclipse Integration: Observe meditation.

Five minutes.
Specific enough.
Grounding enough.
Deep enough.

And later, when life brought another wave — one volunteer stepping in, another stepping out — I found myself doing exactly what the practice had just reminded me to do:

Opening my hands.
Softening my heart.
Breathing deeply.
Relaxing my shoulders.
Letting the wave move through instead of letting it swallow me.

That is the return.

Not pretending everything is easy.
Not making every hard moment mean life is off track.
Just noticing.
Breathing.
Softening.
Returning.

If life has felt intense lately, you’re not alone.
And you may not need an hour to come back to yourself.
You may just need five grounded minutes.

Trust that the ups and downs of life can become material for practice instead of evidence that life is off track.

This week held a lot.

25 years of marriage.
An eclipse.
A meteor shower.
A planet parade.
A brand-new coaching rhythm for me.
A new computer after the old one completely gave out.

Life has been moving.

And underneath all of it, one truth keeps coming back:

**𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲.**

Not staying perfectly centered.

Not never getting thrown off.

Returning.

To your breath.
To your body.
To the people you love.
To what matters.
To yourself.

Celebrating 25 years of marriage reminded me that commitment is not a choice we made once.

It is a choice we return to again and again.

And I think our relationship with ourselves is much the same.

You do not have to return to who you were.

You get to return to who you are now.

So this weekend, maybe the practice is simple:

Pause.
Breathe.
Listen.

And ask yourself:

**𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗺 𝗜 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝘁𝗼?**

I wrote more about this on the blog: *𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗜𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲: 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀.*

Lion’s Gate is still open—and eclipse season is already asking us what comes next.

These next few days aren’t just about calling something in.

𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆’𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲.

✨ 𝟴/𝟴 — 𝗟𝗶𝗼𝗻’𝘀 𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗲: 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘁.
What are you choosing?

✨ 𝟴/𝟵–𝟴/𝟭𝟭 — 𝗔𝗰𝘁:
What concrete step shows life you mean it?

🌑 𝟴/𝟭𝟮 — 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗘𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗽𝘀𝗲: 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 + 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗹.
What are you no longer willing to return to?

🌕 𝟴/𝟮𝟳–𝟴/𝟮𝟴 — 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗿 𝗘𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗽𝘀𝗲: 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 + 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲.
What is complete? What emotional residue is ready to go?

For the August 12 solar eclipse, I’ll be pausing at 𝟭𝟭:𝟰𝟲 𝗔𝗠 𝗠𝗧—the time of maximum eclipse globally—to breathe, get quiet, and release my grip on the outcome.

You don’t have to force the next chapter.

You can listen.
Choose.
Act.
Surrender.
And then allow life to meet you.

I’ve created a new 𝗶𝗻-𝗱𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗵 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗴 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁 to guide you through this transition from Lion’s Gate into eclipse season, and inside the 𝗦𝗢𝗨𝗟𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗔𝗽𝗽 you can continue with the practices:

𝗟𝗶𝗼𝗻’𝘀 𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗹: 𝗦𝗲𝘁 𝗗𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗮𝘀 𝗡𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀
+
𝗘𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗽𝘀𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲 · 𝗢𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 · 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 & 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻

Swipe through the carousel for the full flow, then head to the link in bio to read the blog and explore the practices.

The portal closes. The becoming continues.

Lion’s Gate peaks tomorrow. ✨

And if you’ve heard people talking about 8/8 and quietly wondered what it actually means, I just published a new blog post that goes much deeper. (mindyarbuckle.com)

Inside, I explore the symbolism of the 8/8 portal, the heliacal rising of Sirius, the Sun moving through Leo, Orion’s Belt pointing toward Sirius, and the sacred feminine / masculine symbolism I love within this celestial alignment.

And more importantly, I bring it down to earth.

Because Lion’s Gate is not only about setting intentions.

It is about becoming available for what you say you want.

That means:

𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 what was never yours to carry.
𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺 the truth and light beneath the conditioning.
𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲 more fully.
𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗲 through aligned action.

I also share why I’m working with 𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗮 during this portal and her mantra:

𝘖𝘮 𝘋𝘶𝘮 𝘋𝘶𝘳𝘨𝘢𝘺𝘢𝘪 𝘕𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘩𝘢

A powerful invocation of courage, protection, and the strength to move through what stands in the way.

And if you want to actually practice with this energy, I’ve made my new 𝗟𝗶𝗼𝗻’𝘀 𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 + 𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 through 8/12 inside the SOULutions App.

This is one of those moments to dream bigger, clear what no longer fits, and then take one real step toward the life you’re ready to meet.

Read the new blog through the link in bio.

And tell me in the comments:

What are you ready to release, receive, or act on through this Lion’s Gate?

There is something sacred about placing prayer close to the heart.

Not as performance.
Not as perfection.
As remembrance.

Each bead.
Each breath.
Each quiet moment of devotion becomes a thread connecting us back to ourselves.

The Sacred Feminine teaches that spirituality is not separate from daily life.
It lives in what we touch repeatedly with presence and intention.

Sometimes healing begins with simply slowing down enough to listen to your own heart again.

If you are longing for grounded spiritual practice and deeper connection, the SOULutions App was created for this journey. ❤️

Get these beautiful red epidote mala beads at shaktisolutions.com. You’ll also find other hand crafted mala beads 📿, alter candles, and aromatherapy to support your spiritual journey.

Lion’s Gate is not only about calling something new into your life.

It is also an invitation to notice what you have been carrying that was never truly yours.

The expectations.
The inherited beliefs.
The patterns you absorbed before you had the wisdom—or the freedom—to choose differently.

This season asks us to pause, listen, and realign.

To release what no longer belongs.
To reclaim what is true within us.
To receive with an open heart.
And to rise through aligned action.

The energy of 8 is associated with balance, personal power, abundance, and the meeting place between the spiritual and the material. This year’s 8/8/8 resonance offers a meaningful threshold for choosing what you want to strengthen as you move forward.

Ask yourself:

What am I ready to set down?
What truth is ready to rise?
What action am I willing to take next?

Comment LION and I’ll send you a link to a powerful Lion’s Gate meditation.

And if you are craving live support, sacred reflection, and a circle of women to walk with, you are invited into Shakti Rising Circle.

The river always finds a way through.

Not through force alone…
through persistence, flow, surrender, movement, and trust.

The Sacred Feminine carries this wisdom too.

There are moments in life when we try to control every next step, every outcome, every answer.
And then nature reminds us:
flow can carve mountains.

Maybe you do not need to push harder right now.
Maybe you need to trust the current a little more.

If you are craving spiritual connection, authentic community, and practices that support real-life transformation, Shakti Rising Circle is open. 🌿 link in bio.

There are days when the sacred arrives in obvious ways.

A mountain view.
A meaningful ritual.
A powerful meditation.
A moment that stops you in your tracks.

And then there are the ordinary moments.

Making dinner.
Serving dessert.
Sitting at the table with people you love.
Taking a walk.
Cleaning the kitchen.
Beginning again.

I keep being reminded that the sacred is not separate from any of this.

It is what happens when we bring our full presence to the life we are already living.

Yesterday, that looked like time at the Maroon Bells with my family, homemade food, a beautiful dessert, conversation, laughter, and the joy of sharing something real.

Nothing had to become more impressive.

It became more meaningful because we were there for it.

Your presence transforms what it touches.

A meal becomes nourishment.
A conversation becomes connection.
A practice becomes remembrance.
An ordinary day becomes sacred ground.

This is the heart of Shakti Rising Circle.

We gather to share, witness, learn, and grow together.

To hear our own truth beneath the noise.

To be seen without needing to perform.

To receive support before we reach depletion.

To trust our intuition, our voice, and the next step calling us forward.

And this month, the women inside the circle will be personally guided through the Lion’s Gate season with meditation, reflection, embodied practice, sacred conversation, and aligned action.

Lion’s Gate is a powerful season for releasing old patterns, reclaiming your inner light, and moving toward what you are ready to create and receive.

Our live gatherings are now:

𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀
𝟳:𝟯𝟬–𝟴:𝟯𝟬 𝗣𝗠 𝗠𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲

You do not have to walk through every threshold alone.

Come as you are.
Bring what is real.
Step into the circle.
