🌿🍐🌼🕊️ Tomorrow kicks off our first official week of May at Dreamers, and we cannot wait for all the outdoor exploring ahead — bright air, busy feet, little discoveries, and so many chances for our kiddos to stretch their bodies and their imaginations 🍃🦆✨☁️ Outdoor play helps children build body awareness, coordination, social confidence, independence, and the calm that often comes after moving freely 🐇🧺✨ For parents trying to make mornings feel less rushed, give your child one “morning mission” before leaving — carrying their water bottle, holding their sweater, or checking that the bag is ready. Little ones often move faster when they feel important, and suddenly “hurry up” turns into “we’re on our way!” 🧸🌥️✨🤎

🐣🍑🧡 One more good one for parents: movement is learning, too. The American Academy of Pediatrics says young children need lots of physical activity each day, because climbing, running, balancing, and active play support healthy growth and development. At Dreamers, those busy little bodies are doing more than getting energy out — they are building coordination, confidence, and the kind of body awareness that helps children feel strong in themselves 🌤️🧸🍯 🫶✨🌼
