Glenview Community Church Nursery School (GCCNS) GCCNS is a developmental, nonsectarian, not-for-profit preschool serving all families. IG: GCC_NS

Our purpose is to provide a nurturing environment where each child is encouraged in all areas of growth (cognitive, social, emotional, physical). The development of learning skills is stimulated through guided, creative play and group interactions. We respect all beliefs and welcome children of all races, cultures and creeds. We provide opportunities for each child to grow socially, cognitively an

d creatively at his or her own rate. All GCCNS curricula is developed using the Illinois Early Learning Standards. GCCNS is licensed by the Department of Children and Family Services. This evening event gives you the opportunity to meet your child's teachers, meet other parents, and learn information about your child's classroom and school.

This event is for PARENTS ONLY.

Please meet us downstairs in the Community Room at 6:45pm in order to purchase Spirit Wear and gather information about the GCCNS Fun Run!

GCCNS is proud to be a member of The Alliance for Early Childhood which is a collaborative, community organization that supports and guides families and educators to nurture the healthy, well-rounded development of children.

On Sunday, May 4th, build sandcastles and play in nature with The Alliance for Early Childhood in partnership with Wilmette Park District and BackYard Nature Center. Bring your sandcastle building tools and sense of adventure and enjoy a morning of play and exploration at The Beach! ☀️🌊This year, we'll have one station - at the swimming beach on the north end of Gillson.

We will be celebrating Sally Hinz's 28 years as a teacher at GCCNS on Thursday, May 15th beginning at 11:30am on the GCCNS playground.

Sally will be retiring at the end of this year to start her “next chapter" traveling and spending time with her grandchildren. We are grateful for Sally's years of service at GCCNS! Please be sure to stop by to wish her all the best!
