GCCNS is proud to be a member of The Alliance for Early Childhood which is a collaborative, community organization that supports and guides families and educators to nurture the healthy, well-rounded development of children.

On Sunday, May 4th, build sandcastles and play in nature with The Alliance for Early Childhood in partnership with Wilmette Park District and BackYard Nature Center. Bring your sandcastle building tools and sense of adventure and enjoy a morning of play and exploration at The Beach! ☀️🌊This year, we'll have one station - at the swimming beach on the north end of Gillson.

We will be celebrating Sally Hinz's 28 years as a teacher at GCCNS on Thursday, May 15th beginning at 11:30am on the GCCNS playground.

Sally will be retiring at the end of this year to start her “next chapter" traveling and spending time with her grandchildren. We are grateful for Sally's years of service at GCCNS! Please be sure to stop by to wish her all the best!
