- He had shoulder length hair when he got married!

- He is 6 ft 5! A whole 12 inches taller than his wife Courtney!
- He owns over 1500 books
- He was born in Thailand
- He can’t wait to be a Dad (baby Schmidt coming in April!)

- She is 7 months pregnant! Baby girl Schmidt coming in April
- She graduated with her MATS degree last May
- Her husband is also on the OL team!
- She just finished reading Matt Smethurst's "Before You Open Your Bible" and highly recommends it!

- Her first job was working in a Hallmark card store
- She is a born and bred proud Texan!
- Alongside her role in OL, she also counsels with CCEF
- She is newly married (almost 4 months!) 👰‍♀️ 🤵‍♂️

- Her first job was being an elf at Santa’s village in the mall
- Her Dad has had the most influence on her growing up
- She is originally from N.Ireland, and moved to Philadelphia to do her MAC at Westminster 12 years ago
- She’s a twin!

- She is never without chapstick!
- She was born in Fargo and is a native of Minnesota 🥶

- Her first job was being a volunteer for the Peace Corps
- She is currently reading the book of Revelation (for one of her classes!)
- C.S Lewis has had the biggest influence on her growing up
- The last thing that made her smile was watching the snow fall from her window

Nicolette leads our team with integrity and humility and we couldn’t be more excited to see where she will lead us in 2021!
