River Academy of Excellence Located in Glenshaw, River Academy of Excellence is a private special education school for special needs students grades K-8

River Academy is dedicated to providing individualized and empowering education to students in grades K-8 in the Pittsburgh area. Our research-based educational model is integrated with on-site therapeutic services to support each student's unique goals and development. River Academy is an affiliate of River Therapies, a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals serving children, teens, and adults, with two private clinics in Fox Chapel and Cranberry Township.
