It is with a sad heart that we share the news of Bonnie Evan's passing. Bonnie was a devoted volunteer and bright light in SUNYFAP's history. Her smile and love for others will be missed to all that knew her.

Good Afternoon All,

After careful consideration of the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19, the SUNYFAP Executive Council has decided to cancel its annual conference scheduled for April 22 – 24, 2020 at the Queensbury Hotel in Glens Falls.

The Queensbury Hotel has graciously allowed us to re-schedule our conference, without a financial loss, for April 21 – 23, 2021.

The Hotel will automatically cancel all SUNYFAP hotel reservations for the 2020 conference and you will receive an email notice from them. Within 30 days, the SUNYFAP Treasurer will send conference refunds to all members who had previously paid. Conference refunds will be processed using the same method of payment as the original transaction. Please note: the $30 2020/21 SUNYFAP membership fee will be retained.

The Executive Council was deeply saddened to make this decision but felt it was in the best interest and safety of our members and presenters.

The SUNYFAP Exec Council and the Conference Committee have discussed some alternatives and we'll be reviewing all our options in more detail tomorrow and Friday when we meet at the Queensbury.

For those of you that are waiting for approval from your schools, please take the time to register for your rooms at the hotel as the room block closes on Monday, March 25th. Credit Cards will not be charged until 1 week prior to the conference, which will give you plenty of time to cancel.
