The Northeastern New York EMS Leadership Coalition is excited to share details on a groundbreaking and innovative annual program, which has been created out of our mission to grow and foster EMS leaders within northeastern New York.

L.E.A.D. (Leaders in EMS Advancing and Developing) will facilitate the development and growth of EMS leaders. L.E.A.D. 2022 will begin at the end of January 2022. From January to August, students will immerse themselves in education, networking and professional development initiatives. They will collaborate, learn from top EMS leaders, evaluate industry organizations, examine best practices, explore issues, complete a project, and more. Those who graduate from this program will leave as informed, motivated, collaborative, empathetic, and hungry professionals who have a growth mindset.
