The weather tomorrow is looking good for Tai Chi at the Victory View Vineyard. Starts at 10 but if you can't make it until a bit later that's no problem. Runs until noon. All experience levels (including none at all, you have to start somewhere) are welcome.

Coming Saturday August 17th, another installment of Tai Chi at the Vineyard. Victory View Vineyard, Schaghticoke NY 10am to Noon. All levels welcome!

Thanks to everyone that turned out for the Tai Chi/Chi Kung Seminar today. The weather was spectacular and everyone worked hard. Looks like we'll do another one next month, tentatively scheduled for August 17th. Hope to see everyone again.

Well, in a great turn of events the owner of the Victory View Vineyards has created some inside space for the Tai Chi seminar. So it's back on, if your schedule is still free it'll be a great time. 10 am tomorrow, hope to see you there.

Well, it looks like the weather is not going to cooperate so we're going to have to reschedule the Tai Chi Chi Kung Seminar that was scheduled for this Saturday at the Victory View Vineyard. Keep an eye out here for a post with a new date. In the meantime stay cool, stay safe.

We're watching the weather forecast carefully for the Tai Chi seminar this weekend, hopefully we'll have a window of opportunity to go ahead with it but it looks pretty uncertain right now. We'll make a decision tomorrow on rescheduling and post it here. Stay cool everyone, it's a tad warm out.

Free Seminar! Sifu Nacua is going to lead a free Tai Chi and Chi Kung Seminar on Saturday June 22nd from 10 am to 12 pm at the Victory View Vineyard, 11975 Rte 40 in Schaghticoke. We'll go through some dynamic tensioning and breath work exercises and then do some of the Yang style long form (the 108). Everyone is welcome regardless of skill level. Let's hope for good weather, it's a beautiful setting for Tai Chi!

FYI, we've started up a dedicated Balintawak Escrima class again. Wednesdays 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm no experience necessary. Stop in if you've ever had a desire to learn a stick fighting style.
