Help us congratulate Chandler Hunt, 9th-grade Language Arts teacher, as our Secondary Certified Personnel of the Month for April 2026!

A colleague writes, "Mr. Hunt is a dedicated member of our staff. His students enjoy his class because he builds relationships with them while also building lessons that are engaging and challenging for them. They appreciate that he pushes them academically, but cares to connect with them also. Mr. Hunt is a valuable member of his department and contributes positively to the overall climate of GHS. "

A big shout-out to our Elementary Teacher of the Month for April 2026 - Felecia Gibson!

A co-worker writes this about Ms. Gibson: Mrs. Gibson is an amazing teacher! She works so hard to meet her students where they are. She is a master of small groups, reteaching, and enriching! I have watched her growth over the past three years as her partner teacher, and I am so lucky to get to work closely with her to help our students achieve all they can!

Congratulations to Sonja Naulak, our Glenpool Schools Support Employee of the Month for April.

A co-worker shares this: Sonja is always going above and beyond to help wherever she is needed. She always has a smile on her face and is very positive and encouraging. She never hesitates to step in and help translate or make calls when needed. She stands out in the cold at the crosswalk to help keep students safe in the mornings, and she always has a smile on her face when I drive by. She is so sweet and patient with all of the students and staff.

Thank you for supporting the Bookfair at the Glenpool Lower Elementary! The last day for the Bookfair is Friday, April 3rd at 2:00 pm. Parents are welcome to visit the Bookfair and shop between 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Parents may also check their student's ewallet account balance and use the remainder for online purchases until April 12th on our School's Scholastic Bookfair online shopping link, https://www.scholastic.com/bf/glenpoollowerelemsch or parents may choose to contribute any portion of the unused ewallet balance to our school's Share the Fair account. These donated funds are then used by the school to help other students purchase books from the fair.

🎉The Special Olympics T-Shirt Fundraiser has started 👕

We are excited to share that our Special Olympics Team is hosting a T-Shirt Fundraiser to support our incredible athletes! The Sky's the Limit is our official summer games t-shirt, and the Special Olympics t-shirt is our Spirit Wear shirt.

This fundraiser provides opportunities, equipment, and experiences for our athletes to compete and shine at both local and State competitions.

Thank you for your continued support and for helping us make a difference in the lives of our athletes!
