As you may know, Jennifer’s School of Dance, has closed and retired the name, JSOD. Jennifer has formed a new partnership with Blair Rackett. These two will be opening a new studio in a new location as of January 1, 2022. The new name is Studio South Dance Academy Glennville (SSDA). For more information please visit our new page. Thank you for your love and support to JSOD the past 28 years.

CUE THE CONFETTI!!! We are excited to announce the opening of Studio South Dance Academy in Glennville! Meet co-owners Blair Rackett and Jennifer Bland. We will be offering dance and gymnastics classes for Tattnall County and surrounding areas. Classes will begin in January. Register today to save a spot!

As many of may know these girls were supposed to perform last year at the Macy’s Thanksgiving day parade. However with the pandemic the performance was canceled. The beautiful talented girls were excited to find out that they had been rescheduled to perform in this years parade. BUT with all the recent vaccine mandates and the sky rocketing crime rate in NYC, we decided in the best interests of our girls no to participate in this years event. Yes, this has been such a huge DISAPPOINTMENT to say the least, but we know there is a reason for everything, even though we may not understand it. We appreciate all the the support and donations and will be looking at other possible venues/ opportunities after the first of the year. In the event we cannot find another venue for the girls, we will donate the funds to local charities. Thank for your love support and encouragement!❤️
