And here is King James Menetery performing his sai kata at the 2026 WUKF World Championships. James has dedicated many hours of training. Again, I am so very proud of all his accomplishments. Looking forward to next year.

Also, a big shout out to Paul Jamie Menetrey , two dedicated parents who continue to support this young man's dreams!

Also, I need to acknowledge the great work that Kyoshi Ed Doerrl has done with James. Kyoshi Ed has been working diligently with him on his Kobudo katas, getting him ready for not only the tournament but his next step to getting his Kobudo black belt.

King James Menetrey wins gold in both Kata & Kobudo. A very successful weekend. It was an honor to take James to Las Vegas and coach him this year. This was the first time James performed Suparimpei at a competition. He has worked very hard for over a year to get this kata ready.

Wonderful visit from Kieran and Karissa(not pictured) Kranzow. Karissa visited over winter break and she is off back to school. Kieran is leaving this weekend back to his home in Northern California. Very proud of these two young warriors. Looking forward to future visits.

GTMA Yudansha Testing - 12/17/2025
Surprise testing for our GTMA warriors. Annual testing was scheduled for January 2026. Decided to mix it up this year and surprise them with a 2 hour Goju workout. Very proud of my dedicated students and their commitment to training and our dojo.
