A historic milestone for Buccaneer Basketball.
The Bucsโ win over Dakota College at Bottineau on Sunday, February 22nd marked the 250th career victory for Head Menโs Basketball Coach Joe Peterson โ a remarkable achievement that reflects a decade of excellence.
Over his 11 seasons leading the program, Coach Peterson has compiled a 250โ98 record (71.8%), guiding Dawson to unprecedented heights.
His teams are defined by toughness, unselfish play, high-pressure defense, and a high-scoring offense that makes the Toepke Center one of the most difficult places to play in the region.
Congratulations, Coach Peterson. Thank you for building a culture of excellence, discipline, and championship expectations.
