Hello families our district Marching Band Exhibition is right around the corner. Joins us November 7th at 6:30 pm at the Glendale Community College football stadium to watch your students play some excellent music.

Independence would like to congratulate Bertha Gonzalez, Christian Rivas Rivera and Nathan Miranda for making the list on the National Recognition Award Program. This means our amazingly smart students earned this because of their academic achievements and outstanding performance on the PSATs and/or AP Exams. This young adults earned this during an immensely demanding period of their high school career and we could not be more proud! Congratulations!

Our amazing dance director Alexandra Montoya had the honor of being present and honoring some of her senior dancers in her wonderful Performance Dance class, they were inducted to the National Honors Society for Dance Arts! The National Honor Society of Dance Arts was established to promote and honor outstanding dance achievement at the high school level and to encourage well-rounded dance artists to become leaders in their communities after high school graduation.
