Stop letting them roll trash at you. Don't stand up to watch. Ladies, get aggressive, stop being relaxed and lazy. Hitters, attack free balls! Ladies, high hands or a tip. Stick to the game plan.

Lollygagging on the court? Back to positions! Don't watch them get home – set up your defense! This game's on fire!

Blocking strategy: If Sammy gets blocked right, the ball bounces back. Blocked left, it comes back towards the setter. Fill those holes and get to perimeter defense. Transition is key!

This is '5 Minutes with Bobbye,' and it's 5 minutes of hell. Get ready for it. Water on three! Let's go!
