We are proud of our Alumnus Bem Kassaw, who promoted from Legacy Traditional School Glendale in 2024.

Congratulations to Bemihret Kassaw, a junior at Ironwood High School, who has been selected to serve on the 2026-27 Governor's Youth Commission, joining just 69 students from across Arizona chosen to help drive youth-led civic solutions and community impact. Read more at peoriaunified.org/news.

🏺 Stepping Back in Time! 🏺

Our 6th graders have been bringing history to life with their Neolithic Village Projects!

Students designed and created their own Neolithic villages while learning about how early humans transitioned from nomadic lifestyles to settled communities. From homes and farms to tools and other important features, their projects show just how much creativity and historical thinking went into building these early civilizations!

We’re so proud of our young historians for turning what they’ve learned in the classroom into something they can see, build, and share!
