Peoria Unified is proud to once again offer free summer meals at select locations throughout the district during Summer Break. Breakfast and lunch will be free for any child 18 and under. For adults who are 19 and older, breakfast will be available for $2 and lunch will be available for $4. Dates, times and locations can be found at peoriaunified.org/summermeals.

The City of Glendale invited all 5th grade students in the City of Glendale to write an essay celebrating America's 250th birthday and why they love America! Our very own Aliyana was selected as the winner in the Barrel District! As the Barrel District winner, Aliyanna will now be in the running for the city-wide contest.
We were honored to have Councilmember Turner, of the Barrel District, present a certificate and gift card to Aliyanna and speak to her about why her essay was chosen and how excellent it was.
Congratulations Aliyanna! We are very proud of you!

Tomorrow is a Wednesday, but it is a full school day! Sahuaro Ranch will release at 3:00 PM! Please, also remember, that Thursday is our student's last day and they dismiss at 11:00 AM!

On this National Speech-Language Pathologists Day, join us in recognizing and appreciating Mrs. Caruso and Mrs. Baker for helping students improve their communication skills. They are an integral part of our staff and campus and help our students in so many different ways! Thank you ladies for making such a difference!
