๐Ÿ’ชSome of these organisms are better for you than others. Some boost your health and vitality โ€ฆ while others cause a breakdown inside your system.

๐ŸคฏWhen the not-so-healthy microorganisms take over, you can run into trouble.

๐‡๐จ๐ฐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐š๐๐ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐ž ๐Ÿ๐ข๐›๐ž๐ซ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐›๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ค๐Ÿ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ:

3. ๐‘๐š๐ฌ๐ฉ๐›๐ž๐ซ๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ 1 cup (125 grams) = 8 grams of fiber. (The same amount of blueberries = 4 grams fiber, strawberries = 3 grams fiber)

4. ๐๐ฅ๐š๐œ๐ค ๐›๐ž๐š๐ง๐ฌ ยผ cup (42 grams) = 5 grams fiber. Add to your eggs or breakfast wrap.

5. ๐’๐ช๐ฎ๐š๐ฌ๐ก ๐จ๐ซ ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ค๐ข๐ง ๐ฌ๐ž๐ž๐๐ฌ 1 oz (15 grams) = 5 grams of fiber. Add these to a smoothie or your oatmeal.

These are just some ideas to get you started! You might not feel the effect immediately, but over time your body will definitely thank you.

The 2020 Tucson NPC TERMINATOR was a huge hit! Now we turn our attention to the
NPC Arizona Open in October and
NPC Megatron in November!

We have changed the date and venue of our October AZ Open and the venue for the November Megatron to create the best possible experience for our athletes and fans. Modifying our shows to beautiful resort-style venues allows us the flexibility to spread out (social distance) and create an exciting showcase for our competition.

We encourage you to do both shows. Time and time again, athletes learn valuable lessons in posing and stage presence at the first show that they are able to come back and use the next week, see instant results and improve their placing!

As a bonus, the NPC Megatron will be held on Halloween night which will be super fun and entertaining. Prizes for the Best Costume (male and female) will be awarded.

As always, public health policy and the welfare of our athletes and fans are our highest priorities. We will communicate in early October any pertinent updates with regards to safety protocols for the October and November shows.

The 2020 NPC TERMINATOR is just days away!!

As a Health and Fitness organization, we endeavor to conduct the August 1st, 2020 NPC Terminator at the Hotel Tucson City Center in a manner that is consistent with public health policy and with the welfare of our athletes and fans being our highest priority.
The following FAQ's will help explain the safety measures that will be implemented for the 2020 Terminator:

Q: Will the venue be set up for the athletes and spectators to social distance at the recommended 6 feet?
A: Yes, family members will be able to sit together. Then the next couple/Family will be 6โ€™ apart from them. Just like in a church setting.

Q: Will masks be required to be worn by athletes, spectators, while on stage, etc?
A: Spectators must wear a mask at all times that they are on the Hotel Tucson property. Athletes must also wear a mask at all times, however, they may choose to temporarily remove their mask while they are on stage performing.

Q: Will there be any restrictions to tanning? What will the safety procedures be for tanning?
A: Both Unique tanning and Aglow will use precautions while tanning.

Q: Will there be a sanitized exercise area for athletes? If so, will there be masks, social distancing and equipment sanitation between use?
A: Yes, we will utilize all of these measures. In addition, we will have hand sanitizer available for athletes and audience members.

Q: How will the ticket process work for spectators?
A: Tickets are available at the door, Cash Only (there is an ATM onsite). Prejudging tickets are $30 each and Finals tickets are $45 each. Click for Ticket info

Q: Will there be Live Streaming of the show from the Hotel City Center Tucson?
A: Yes we will have LIVE STREAMING. The links for the Prejudging and Finals shows are on the homepage of our website! www.npcmilesproductions.com.

NOTE: Every athlete and audience member must sign a Covid 19 waiver form that we provide at the door.

Success With limited range of motion in her hips Natalie has successfully swam across her pool 8 times. using elementary backstroke with modified Kick and dumbells. 6 weeks ago Natalie wasnโ€™t completely comfortable swimming in her pool. We have worked on survival strokes and basic swim techniques, and water aerobics exercises to ease her into a level of comfort and a feeling of accomplishment.
