Sheila V got in on the saguaro craze! Here is her version of "The 3 Amigos". It looks like Sheila had a blast with her bugs, birds, red ants and lizards. What fun to study and find all the cool stuff!

The desert is blooming in the studio! Linda M created these 2 crested saguaro wall hangings. They read like an "I Spy" quilt with all the fun birds, bees, bugs and lizards. There are also hot air ballons and a rainbow! The more you look at these the more you see! Great job Linda!!

FYI, if you have never seen a crested saguaro in real life, be sure to Google it. They are a real thing not many people get to see and only occur in our beautiful SW Arizona.

Lyn E has done a beautiful job of Cotton Cuts mystery quilt called Sparkle & Shine. What a fun quilt with lots of geometric fabrics. Quilted with black thread over 80/20 batting.

This is a wonderful quilt designed and stitch by JD & Becki K. Becki said its 95% JD. Kudos to you both! Stitched with a soft rust color thread over 80/20 batting.

A beautiful Grandmother's Flower Garden hand pieced by Cindy G. Lovingly made for her little granddaughter. English paper piecing is certainly a labor of love! I included a picture of the back side of the quilt top for those of you that have never seen how EPP is put together. Great job Cindy!

Well this is officially the smallest quilt I have ever longarmed. This little mini is by Marcie H. She picked out the same quilting design we did on her last mini, but at 1/2 the size as the last one. Those circles are 1/8th inch apart! The pineapple blocks finished at 2", the border pieces are 1/4" wide! AND amazingly, there is a total of 629 pieces of fabric in this little 10.5" square quilt. A fat quarter made for an oversize backing. Way to go Marcie!!
