The exact start date will be announced soon.

Please be advised that the Anatomy and Physiology class which is part of the LVN curriculum, will begin on December 6.

$ 2000 EXCLUDING miscellaneous expenses (Ex. Uniforms, Health Clearance, State Examinations, Fingerprinting, etc.).
minimum of $500 upon enrollment
Balance payable on installment before end date.

COURSE ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES & REQUIREMENTS:

Initial Requirement:
· Present high school requirement
· OR If completed in a Foreign country: accomplish evaluation of foreign transcript. (Morningside Evaluations - quickest online option)
· OR If UNABLE TO PRESENT ANY HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR TRANSCRIPT OR EVALUATION THEREOF, you may TAKE AND PASS ENTRANCE EXAM. Entrance Exam fee is $35.00 (cash). Please call for entrance exam appointment scheduled only on a Monday or Friday of the week.
