All day on Tuesday, August 27th, Sardella's will generously donate 15% of all sales—whether for pickup, delivery, or dine-in—to aid the family. To participate, simply show the flyer when you place your order.

In loving memory of our 2nd grader Benny, who recently passed away, we are coming together as a school community to support his family during this difficult time. Benny dreamed of becoming an astronaut and was passionate about all things NASA. 🌕 We will be hosting a K-12 Dress Down on Tuesday, August 27th.

Honor Benny’s dream by dressing in blue, red or NASA-themed attire. Show your support and share in his passion for space exploration! All funds raised will go directly to Benny’s family to assist with their needs. This dress down is $2 or any amount of donation. DHPA students can buy their pass at the red tables to show their dress down.

Let’s come together to celebrate Benny’s spirit and provide comfort and support to his loved ones. Your generosity and participation will make a meaningful difference.❤️

Parents are taking steps to keep our students safe by getting CPR certified, a key requirement for chaperoning and volunteering! 🙌 Special shoutout to our amazing high school students and staff who volunteered their time to watch the kiddos so parents could complete this important training. A huge thanks to Mrs. Cotten for planning the event and to Mrs. Vivian for teaching and certifying our parents! 💪

A reminder to our families to please take the time to acknowledge our Commitment to Excellence contract in ParentVue before August 17th! As you know, communication and partnership between home and school is essential in ensuring the success of our students. We appreciate you committing to that! It takes all of us! ⭐

Did you know that the information collected on meal applications for the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) can do more than just provide free and reduced-price meals? Approved applications help fund other programs, may waive other fees for your family and It takes less than 10 minutes to complete!

To apply please visit the Food and nutrition section of our website. You will need your child’s student ID to complete the electronic application. The student ID can be found by visiting ParentVUE.

DH Parents, we ask that you please log in to ParentVUE and acknowledge our Commitment to Excellence contract. We ask that all families review and mark accordingly before August 17th.

Attention Volunteers! 📢

Reminder: All classroom volunteers and field trip chaperones must complete our volunteer process, including obtaining a CPR/First Aid card.

Join us at our Volunteer Event on **Thursday, August 22nd from 4:30-6:30pm at our Charter Campus** to get your CPR/First Aid card for $35. Space is limited to 50 participants, so sign up soon!
