πΈ Celebrating our Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander communities at both libraries with displays of books and movies! This takes place in May to commemorate the first Asian immigration to the States and mark the transcontinental railroad completion, where Chinese immigrants were responsible for some of the more dangerous labor tasks associated with this project. π
