Saturday the Seminar is live observation, view current cadets as they battle Flammable Liquids and Gases Fires. This will be at Alhambra Fire Training Center. 911 New Ave, Alhambra. Parking is on New Av. 10 to 12. See you there.

Congratulations to all Class 29 cadets who successfully passed all exams and continued on into Block III. A shout out to the following 4 cadets who have earned the Academy Awards for Block II. Reminder this Saturday VFA Alumni and Glendale Fire Captain Shane Baker will be our guest speaker at June's Fire Career Seminar. Are you Fire Fit? Fitness is the topic. Captain Baker is also an instructor in the VFA and was once the instructor and was once the instructor of GCC's Fire 144 class, Fitness for firefighters. Do not miss it.
