• Sit and Role-model Family Style meals
• Check to ensure Time Distribution is being completed
daily
• Lead open discussion, role-model for teachers how it is
done in fun
• Ensure hands, surfaces are being cleaned
• Highly encourage staff and students to try new and
unfamiliar items.
• Remind staff, never to speak negative about food items.
• Ensure allergies substitutions are approved.
• Ensure all component of the meal program are being
offered
• Check Infant Meal Production Sheets
• Check food at time of delivery.
• Train staff on proper CACFP regulations
• Purchase food and food supplies
• Completes food Service Cost Reports,
• File Monthly claims
• Completes Time Distribution reports.
• Completes Sponsor/Site Claim Reports.
• Puts Daily counts in computer program, computer
program does the adding.
• Print Daily Meal Count Forms from the compter
• Stores completed Monthly CACFP packet ie Time
Distributions, WAMRS, Menus, Bills, etc in proper file
cabinet
• Creates training/meeting notes
• Conducts on the spot training for staff who demonstrate
noon-competency

• Assist group supervisor with both long and short range
activities in accordance with
• curriculum objectives, developmentally appropriate
practice and program philosophy.
• Provide input for bi-annual assessment of children's
development
• Maintain daily open communication with parents
• Keep accident reports
• Maintain anecdotal CACFP records
• Maintain confidentiality
• Report any suspect abuse to supervisor
• Arrange a classroom environment in accordance to
program goals and philosophy
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment
• Inspect and replace damaged or lost materials
• Attend in-service and staff meetings
• Keep all appropriate records such as records,
attendance and time sheets.
• Meet all applicable licensing, DES and CACFP
regulations
