Hey XC-
We are bike riding this Sunday morning at 8:30. We are planning to meet in the Spoke & Wheel parking lot (8525 N Central Ave, south of Dunlap, east side of Central). Spoke & Wheel is closed, but we will take off from their parking lot and ride to OHSO. The more the merrier!!! Also, if any of you are capable of taking additional bikes with you, it would be greatly appreciated (please share if you can help take an additional bike)

Good morning, XC.
Just wanted to let you all know that I have tested positive for Covid. I started feeling ill Monday afternoon/evening, so I went to get tested. My results came back yesterday as positive. I did not share equipment with anyone Monday morning when I taught and I did wipe everything down after using it. I just wanted to let you all know since I taught (and participated) in Monday morning's class. I'm glad we are taking precautions.
Stay well. See you all after my 10 days are up. (and I am doing fine - it's not been pleasant, but nothing I can't get through)
I forgot to draw a name from Monday morning's class for our giveaway. I am trying to remember who all was there and I need your help. I remember the following people there: Ron, Tyra, Brandon, John, Tacy, Karen, Sandy, Shelly, Lucy. Please help me recall if there was anyone else. Thanksgiving day or day after challenge: This is meant to be done on your street. It’s a quick workout.
1. I0 walking lunges, 5 burpees with push-up/jump squat forward
(Repeat this sequence 5 times)
Run back to start
2. 10 sumo squats with knee lift, 5 jumping squats moving forward
(Repeat sequence 10 times)
Run back to start-repeat from number one and do it at least one more time, maybe twice!
