As a 40 year old who’s never used skincare - i asked my followers what they’d recommend (especially for someone who doesn’t want to use much) I got over 60 replies!

if i could only use ONE product, it would be tretinoin. and if i don’t want something that strong but still packs a punch I could use retinol.

both dry out your skin, so a moisturizer is product number 2.

the best budget friendly moisturizers and skincare are from korean beauty brands.

the second most common reply i got was SPF every morning (at least spf 50)

finally, lots of voted for vitamin c serum.

so my daily routine looks like this:

MORNING
vitamin c serum then spf

EVENING
tretinoin/retinol then moisturizer

i’ll report back once I give the system a try.
