Our hope for you this Motherโs Day is that someone sets up an activity in your sensory table so you are able have a moment to relax on the couch while listening to the cute sounds of playtime from your children. ๐ โฅ๏ธ

Clay snowmen are for tiny hands, grown-up hands, and everything in between. Our convertible table has enough room for everyone to join in on the fun!

We found the sweetest little spot just a few miles north of Williams. ๐โจ The Moon Hotel was everything we hoped for! Our cozy โtentโ had all the essentials, they have nightly sโmores around the fire ๐ซ๐ฅ, and the kids were blown away by the stargazing through their fancy telescopes.
We unexpectedly lucked out and were their very first guests! Tayele & Cole, the cutest couple who own it, made us feel right at home. They took time to get to know our kids, Cole shared fun astronomy facts in kid friendly terms, and they both made sure our stay was perfect. ๐ Laying in the hammock and taking a warm shower in the communal bathroom are tied for the most relaxing part of the stay, for me.
Highly recommend if youโre looking for magical camping vibes. Millie is already asking when we can go back. ๐ซ๐๏ธ

๐ Early Literacy Practice but make it Fall! ๐
We filled our sensory table with corn, rice, leaves, and pumpkins, then hid pictures and CVC word cards for our kids to uncover and match. We love this simple setup that facilitates learning through play.
Aldenโs little face lit up every time he found a match. Miller loved being the big sister helper and helping with reading and matching when needed. โจ
What seasonal twists are you adding to your sensory play setups right now? ๐๐

๐ฑโจ Our kids (6 & 4) still use their sensory table multiple times a week. Itโs been fun to watch as sensory playtime grows along with them. Lately it has been all about legos and playdoh builds, but today we cleared the bins out to make space for something new: planting marigold flowers. ๐ผ
We love how a sensory table can shift with the season and the stage your kids are inโฆ from creative play to hands-on learning to nature exploration. ๐ฟ๐
