With a hardened heart I wanted to let you all know that I will have to stop teaching Zumba for the time being.
All is well and I hope to resume teaching in the future.

I am truly very sorry to all who came through.

It's the 2nd Tuesday of the month.
The VFW has their joint meeting tonight & needs the hall.
Let's resume class next Tuesday.

Having a bad day? Doing Zumba will take it all away.
Reminder: Zumba tomorrow at the VFW at 630PM. Bring your weights, no more than 3lbs.

Open to the public.
$5 donation, if you feel like giving more you are most welcome to.
Challenge raffle: same as last week.

If none of the above, you can do 20 squats/jumping jacks/push ups...whatever you like to get a ticket.
