🐾 Our Panthers have been learning about Physical Science, force and motion in the STEAM Lab. Kindergarten, 1st & 2nd grades worked together to complete the “Can Do Kits” in center rotations. Our 3rd & 4th grades built ramps using boxes. They rolled empty & full water bottles down their ramps to see how much force each could produce.
4th grade also built ramps using books, wax paper, marbles and cups. They had to measure the distance the force of the different size marbles pushed the cup.

🐾 Mrs. Rhoden and Miss Baker’s 3rd grade classes used Skittles to practice the Distributive Property. Who knew math could taste so good? 😋

🐾 In Miss Wilkerson‘s kindergarten class “Gg” is for guitar! The class had a sing along and all the students got to play Miss Wilkerson‘s guitar. They each received a special gift- a guitar pick to take home! 💙💛💙🎸💙💛💙

🐾 Mrs. Baylor’s first graders read "I Am Enough" and learned about loving themselves and respecting others’ differences! Students completed a kindness project by giving compliments to their classmates, then got to read all the kind words written about them. They definitely felt the LOVE! 🥰💕
