History was made! 🏆 The College of DuPage women’s cross-country team captured its first-ever NJCAA Division III National Championship! ❄️💚

The Chaps men’s team raced to a national runner-up finish, capping an incredible year.

Head Coach Mallory Dominguez was named 2025 NJCAA DIII Women’s Coach of the Year, while standout Jessica Balmer earned USTFCCCA Central Region Athlete of the Year honors.

With this title, COD Athletics now boasts 49 national championships—including 20 by women’s programs!

SEEKING MORE BIRD FRIENDLY COD VOLUNTEERS! The goal of the program is to document bird window strikes and try to save any birds that run into windows on campus. This program is in collaboration with Chicago Bird Monitors and Willowbrook Wildlife Center. To sign up go to:

Why? Because in 2023 volunteers noted 181 bird strikes on campus. Of those 85% died and the remainder, if found in time, have potential to be rehabbed and released. This data can be used to document bird strike hot spots to provide information to campus decision makers on how best to mitigate bird strikes from happening.
