St. Mark’s Parents’ Day Out (PDO) Registration for the 2022-23 School Year Begins in April:

Monday, April 4, 2022: For parishioners, returning PDO families, and St. Mark’s Preschool families

Monday, April 11, 2022: For new families

Summer program registration is Monday, April 25 in person

PDO is for children between the ages of 2 and 4+. A child can be registered for one or two days per week, and a substitute list is available for all days.

PDO’s summer program is Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in June and July.

Reopening St. Mark’s PDO in September 2020!

We will practice the 3 W’s...Wear a mask, Wash your hands and Watch your distance.

Having read and studied a variety of documents from the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) regarding the safe reopening of childcare programs during the fall of 2020, St. Mark’s PDO has designed a plan and protocols for the commencement of our program in September.

PDO Fall Reopening

Warmest greetings to our PDO families. I wanted to let you know that we have been hard at work planning for our reopening in September. I have been meeting both with PDO program directors and preschool directors throughout Glen Ellyn and Wheaton attempting to devise a plan for reopening this September in the safest manner possible. As always, the safety of your children is our number one concern.

I will be sending out a letter within the next few weeks outlining the operational changes that will be implemented this year in our attempt to keep both children and teachers safe given our current circumstances.
