Building resilience through art 🎨, creativity and the SuperBetter Mindset! ⚡️

Join our CEO, Keith Wakeman to learn about The Dreamscape Initiative, a school-based program bridging youth resilience, the circular economy and student outcomes in .

Powered by the SuperBetter Mindset, The Dreamscape Initiative is led by Layering Expressions in Nigeria. The collaboration supports our mission to unlock the heroic potential of youth and young adults everywhere.

The SuperBetter methodology is easy to teach, fun to activate, and backed by 10 peer-reviewed studies -- including two in Africa. Today is World Mental Health Day! It's a day to remember that mental health is something we all share, and something worth investing in proactively. This is true in the U.S. and globally.

For too long, our systems have been reactive. We hope for the best, and wait for a crisis or diagnosis before stepping in.

But hope is not a strategy, and the mental health crisis facing our youth and young adults won't be stopped with treatment alone. Improving population-wide mental health will require going upstream with science-backed, scalable prevention that builds resilience, mindsets, skills and support long before the need for clinical intervention.

The greatest potential for upstream impact is to meet young people where they spend much of their time. This includes schools, sports, and community settings. The goal is not to turn teachers and coaches into therapists, but to equip them with training and practical resources that empower mental health in context of their everyday priorities for building student success, athlete performance, and career readiness.

We've demonstrated the benefits of this upstream model with SuperBetter Classroom. It offers a suite of resources for educators that are practical, adaptable and evidence-based.

Partners ranging from schools in Sub-Saharan Africa to a University in the U.S. have used SuperBetter Classroom resources to improve mental health, resilience and student success. A randomized controlled trial conducted by researchers at Harvard University shows that students with anxiety &/or depression who used the SuperBetter Mindset had a 42% remission rate at 6 months.

Mental health belongs to everyone. It is foundational to learning, achieving, and living fully. Let’s continue shifting the conversation from reactive crisis management to proactive empowerment.

Katie Grant used the SuperBetter Mindset as a framework to navigate her own experience as a new mom. She writes about it in her new book which officially launched today.

We love the honest title, "The Postpartum Anxiety Cheat Sheet: Because You've Got Two Minutes and a Baby on Your Hip!" 💛

Our CEO, Keith Wakeman read an advance copy. He wrote the following endorsement which is found on the book:

"The Postpartum Anxiety Cheat Sheet feels like an ally by your side when new parenthood is hard and lonely. Through her own honest and relatable stories, Katie Grant shows how small, doable moments can help you find your footing again. We’re honored that SuperBetter played a supportive role in her journey."

The book is short, practical, and written for moms who don't have time for a 300-page book. Just real tools you can use in the moment -- kind of like SuperBetter.

If you're a new mom or know one whose brain won't stop spinning, this one may be for you.
