Our Pre-K 2 class had so much fun in their final days of preschool as they prepared for an exciting transition into kindergarten. They worked hard on strengthening their social-emotional skills, problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking as they continue to grow into confident, independent learners.

At St. Thomas Child Care and Preschool, our curriculum is thoughtfully designed with a strong focus on kindergarten readiness. Our students expand on their early literacy and math skills, practice phonics, and build number sense.

Through hands-on learning, exploration, and collaboration, our students use all of their skills to better understand the world around them. Their curious minds are always asking questions, discovering new ideas, and reaching for the stars!

We love when Ms. Bailey speaks daily affirmations with her kiddos! It helps them build confidence, emotional regulation, and a positive self-image during some of the most important developmental years.

We love hearing, "I am smart, I am strong, I am kind, I am loved, I am safe." Here you can see they are Brave Like Superheroes!

Sometimes we have to create with toddlers to keep them entertained, and it's even more fun when the weather is nice! On this day, Ms. Reagan decided to do play doh activities on the playground using pizza pans to keep the play doh clean. Our little ones loved it!
